    How much does it cost to rent camera gear in Seattle?+

    Daily rental rates start at $20/day for accessories and monitors, $50–$150/day for lenses, and $150–$500/day for cinema camera packages including RED, ARRI, Blackmagic, and Sony systems. Multi-day discounts are available for longer productions.

    Where do I pick up rental equipment?+

    Gear is picked up directly from our studio in Bothell, WA. We’ll confirm pickup timing and availability when your rental request is approved.

    What cameras are available to rent?+

    We carry cinema camera packages from RED, ARRI, Blackmagic (including the URSA Broadcast G2 and Pocket Cinema Camera), Sony (FX6, FX9), and Canon (C70, C300). Each package includes the camera body, batteries, media, and essential accessories.

    Can I rent gear for a multi-day shoot?+

    Absolutely. Select your pickup and return dates when submitting a rental request. Multi-day rentals receive discounted daily rates. Most productions rent for 1–5 days, but we accommodate weekly and monthly rentals as well.

    What is your cancellation policy?+

    Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Contact us directly for special circumstances — we're reasonable people.

    Do you rent to individuals or only production companies?+

    We rent to anyone — production companies, agencies, independent filmmakers, corporate marketing teams, and content creators. A valid ID and signed rental agreement are required for all rentals.
